I am not receiving verification e-mails

Hi there, Hoppers!

If you have created an account but didn't receive the verification e-mail to finish the account creation, please do the following:

1. check your spam folder 

2. Make sure you aren't using a 10 minute e-mail

If you are unable to find the verification e-mail, please send our support staff a ticket, they will manually activate your account and allow you to start hopping as soon as possible!
