There are two main reasons why you might be unable to set up two-factor authentication (2FA):
You used social login to create your account
If you signed up using a social login method (like Google, Facebook, etc.), you won't be able to set up 2FA through our platform. For more detailed information on why this happens, please see our related article on social login limitations.Your timezone settings are incorrect
If your timezone settings are not set to automatic and/or your current timezone is incorrect, this can prevent you from setting up 2FA. This same issue can also cause your 2FA code to not work properly when trying to log in.
To resolve timezone-related issues, please ensure your device is set to automatically detect your timezone or manually select the correct timezone in your account settings.
