If you accidentally stopped or deleted your Copy Bot via "My bots," it is possible to convert the trading bot that is connected to your crypto exchange account back into a Copy Bot. This allows you to use the Copy Bot subscription until your monthly subscription ends. An example of the Copy Bot Dashboard where you might have accidentally stopped the Copy Bot:

Screenshot of Cryptohopper's Copy Bot dashboard showing a 'Sell Positions and Stop' section. It displays a red 'Sell all & stop Copy Bot' button, a 'Use market orders' checkbox option, a 'Stop without selling' option, and a blue notification banner showing 'Refund time left: 21 minutes'

Since the recurring payment is stopped when you stop the Copy Bot via the Copy Bot Dashboard, you will need to renew the subscription before the Copy Bot subscription expires if you want to continue using the Copy Bot. You can do this at the top right of the Copy Bot Dashboard or via the subscriptions page.

How can I continue using my Copy Bot subscription?

  1. Go to the Marketplace to Copy Bots.

  2. Find the Copy Bot to which you are still subscribed.

  3. Click on "Subscribe" and select your current trading bot that is already connected to your crypto exchange.

  4. You will now see the option "Use existing subscription." Select this and click on "Start new."

  6. Consider renewing the subscription at the top right of the Copy Bot Dashboard or via the subscriptions page.
