Refund Conditions:
30-Minute Window: You are eligible to request a refund within 30 minutes of your purchase. To qualify for the refund, you must also remove the Strategy from your account within this timeframe. If you don't, you won't receive the refund.
Refund Method: For payments below $5 and all crypto payments, refunds will be credited to your Cryptohopper credit balance. If you prefer to receive the refund through the original payment method, please contact our support team for assistance.
