Yes. Strategies and templates are refundable within 2 weeks of purchase, as long as you delete the strategy or template from your account within that period. If you don't delete it, you won't receive the refund.
Not all templates are refundable. Some are marked as non-refundable on the seller's page. Check the item description before purchasing.

Refund conditions
2-week window — You must request the refund and delete the strategy or template from your account within 2 weeks of purchase.
Refund method — For payments below $5 and all crypto payments, refunds are credited to your Cryptohopper credit balance. If you prefer a refund through the original payment method, contact our support team.
Non-refundable items — Templates with a "non-refundable" tag are excluded from refunds.
Google Play purchases — If you purchased through Google Play, contact Google directly using their support system.
