If you paid with your credit card and your purchase is within 14 days, you can request a refund by contacting Cryptohopper support.
What's not eligible for a refund
Credits — Credits purchased to buy a subscription are always excluded from the refund policy.
Some Marketplace items — Certain package deals, strategies, and templates may be excluded. This differs per item and is always listed on the product page. If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies, contact support and we'll check for you.
What information do we need?
To process your refund, please provide the following details:
Username — your Cryptohopper username
Transaction ID — found in your credit card confirmation email (e.g. 987634876-93648762)
Email address — the email address linked to your credit card account, not your Cryptohopper account email
Payment amount — the exact amount you paid
Subscription type — the subscription or service you purchased
Payment date — the date the payment was made
How to submit your request
You can submit your refund request in two ways:
