If you paid with Google Play, you need to request your refund directly from Google. Cryptohopper can't process, manage, or approve refunds for Google Play transactions. This isn't a choice on our end — Google Play retains full control over the refund process for all payments made through their platform.

Cryptohopper offers a 14-day refund policy, allowing you to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Some Marketplace purchases and credits are exceptions to this policy. If you paid with Google Play, you're still covered by this policy — but the refund itself has to be handled by Google.

When a payment is made through Google Play, Google handles the transaction. Because of this, Cryptohopper doesn't have access to process or approve refunds for these payments. To get your refund, you need to go through Google directly.
