If you paid with Apple Pay, you need to request your refund directly from Apple. Cryptohopper can't process, manage, or approve refunds for Apple Pay transactions. This isn't a choice on our end — Apple Pay retains full control over the refund process for all payments made through their platform.
How to request a refund

Follow the instructions on the page to submit your request.

Refund policy
Cryptohopper offers a 14-day refund policy, allowing you to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Some Marketplace purchases and credits are exceptions to this policy. If you paid with Apple Pay, you're still covered by this policy — but the refund itself has to be handled by Apple.
Why Cryptohopper can't process Apple Pay refunds
When a payment is made through Apple Pay, Apple handles the transaction. Because of this, Cryptohopper doesn't have access to process or approve refunds for these payments. To get your refund, you need to go through Apple directly.
