I have successfully paid, but my package isn't active.

- Have you upgraded from our Bunny (trial)? Our  system allows you to have multiple Hoppers. Your new package is active, your Bunny (trial) as well. You can assign your new subscription to your existing or a new template using the ''Assign Subscription'' button on the top right of the ''Your Hoppers'' tab.

- Have you paid with a crypto currency? It can take a while for the transaction to be received. You can follow this progress in the new ''Payments'' tab. 

It happens quite often that the miners fee is forgotten to be included in the transaction. If this is the case, please open a ticket with our support desk.
