Cryptohopper offers a 14-day refund policy. If you paid with PayPal and your purchase falls within 14 days, you are eligible to request a refund.
The following purchases are not eligible for a refund:
Credits — Credits purchased to buy a subscription are always excluded from the refund policy.
Some marketplace items — Certain package deals, strategies, and templates may be excluded. This differs per item. If you are unsure whether your purchase qualifies, contact support and we will check for you.
What information do we need?
To process your refund request, please provide the following details:
Username — Your Cryptohopper username
Transaction ID — Found in your PayPal confirmation email (e.g. YGDKJG7686JHGS7)
Email address — The email address linked to your PayPal account, not your Cryptohopper account email
Payment amount — The exact amount you paid
Subscription type — The subscription or service you purchased
Payment date — The date the payment was made
How to submit your request
You can submit your refund request in two ways:
