When you see the error message 'Authentication failure' in your Crypto.com trading bot, it means that your API Keys have been incorrectly copied and pasted into the API Key fields of your trading bot. Crypto.com displays the error as a 401 Not authenticated, or key/signature incorrect error.

The best way to prevent this issue is to use Fast Connect in the Base config under Exchange of your trading bot.
