Cryptohopper offers a 14-day refund policy, allowing you to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. However, it's important to note that some Marketplace purchases and credits are exceptions to this rule. If you've made a payment using Apple Pay, you are eligible for a refund under the usual conditions within this timeframe. Unfortunately, Cryptohopper cannot directly process refunds for transactions made via Apple Pay. This limitation is not due to our preference but because Apple Pay maintains control over the refund process. Therefore, to initiate a refund, you must submit a request directly to Apple Pay.

How to request a refund?

Steps to Request a Refund via Apple Pay

  1. Understand Refund Eligibility: Refunds for Apple Pay transactions are subject to Apple's policies and usual conditions for refunds. Ensure your purchase qualifies under Apple’s refund guidelines.

  2. Visit Apple's Refund Support: You will need to initiate the refund process directly through Apple's support system. Go to Apple’s dedicated refund request page here: Apple Refund Support. Follow the instructions provided to submit your request.

  3. Consult Additional Guides if Needed: For detailed steps on how to process subscription-related refunds via Apple or Google Pay, you can refer to this guide: Subscription Refunds with Apple Pay.

Cryptohopper’s Role in the Refund Process

While Cryptohopper strives to offer guidance, it is important to understand that Apple Pay retains exclusive control over refunds for transactions made through its platform. Cryptohopper does not have access to process, manage, or approve these refunds due to Apple’s payment policies.
