When subscribing to a signaler there are a couple of things to take into account! before sending our support staff a message.

1. are you subscribed to the signaler via (https://www.cryptohopper.com/signals)?

2. has the payment gotten through (if it is a paid signaler), Make sure that the payment has been successfully processed.

3. does the signaler send signals for my exchange and/or my allowed coins?

If you have checked these steps and the signaler still isn't active, please contact support, they will help you out!
