This article explains how to create API keys on BingX and connect your exchange account to Cryptohopper so your trading bot can start trading.

Go to the <a href="https://bingx.com/invite/AAAR94" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">BingX</a> website and log in or create an account.

Click your profile and select API management.

Click Create API. Select your account, enter a name for your API key, and enter your email code and Google Authenticator code. Use the Main account unless you are using sub-accounts.

Click Edit on your new API key and activate Spot Trading. If you are using a sub-account, click Manage Subaccounts.

Go to Cryptohopper and copy the displayed <a href="https://support.cryptohopper.com/en/articles/9010286-what-is-ip-whitelisting-and-do-i-have-to-whitelist-ip-addresses">IP addresses</a>. You can <a href="https://support.cryptohopper.com/en/articles/9042362-where-to-find-ip-address-for-my-crypto-exchange">find these IP addresses</a> in your Base config under the Exchange section. Return to BingX, select Restrict access to trusted IPs only, paste the IP addresses, and click Add. Important: Do not click Save yet.

Copy the API Key and API Secret from BingX and paste them into the corresponding fields in Cryptohopper.

Return to BingX and click Save. Enter your email verification code and Google Authenticator code. Then click Connect to BingX in Cryptohopper and continue creating your trading bot.

1. Go to the <a href="https://bingx.com/invite/AAAR94" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">BingX</a> website and log in or create an account.
2. Click your profile and select API management.
3. Click Create API. Select your account, enter a name for your API key, and enter your email code and Google Authenticator code. Use the Main account unless you are using sub-accounts.
4. Click Edit on your new API key and activate Spot Trading. If you are using a sub-account, click Manage Subaccounts.
5. Go to Cryptohopper and copy the displayed <a href="https://support.cryptohopper.com/en/articles/9010286-what-is-ip-whitelisting-and-do-i-have-to-whitelist-ip-addresses">IP addresses</a>. You can <a href="https://support.cryptohopper.com/en/articles/9042362-where-to-find-ip-address-for-my-crypto-exchange">find these IP addresses</a> in your Base config under the Exchange section. Return to BingX, select Restrict access to trusted IPs only, paste the IP addresses, and click Add. Important: Do not click Save yet.
6. Copy the API Key and API Secret from BingX and paste them into the corresponding fields in Cryptohopper.
7. Return to BingX and click Save. Enter your email verification code and Google Authenticator code. Then click Connect to BingX in Cryptohopper and continue creating your trading bot.

Your BingX exchange is now connected. The bot will start running on your next trading cycle.

Unable to see your BingX exchange balance?

If your <a href="https://docs.cryptohopper.com/docs/trading-bot/introduction-to-cryptohoppers-trading-bot" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">trading bot</a> does not show your BingX balance, browser auto-fill may be interfering with the API connection. Try disabling auto-fill, using incognito mode, switching to a different browser, or disabling your password manager. You may also see an error during onboarding even when your API keys are correct. Common causes include having no funds in your BingX exchange account, having funds in your funding account instead of your trading account, or not having completed KYC verification. If this happens, click Continue without testing. You can verify your API keys later in your <a href="https://www.cryptohopper.com/config" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Base config</a>.
