Why do my orders stay open longer than my max open time?

If your open orders stay open too long, check your Config pools first — they override your Base config settings.

Your open orders stay open longer than expected when a max open time setting is being overridden. There are two things to check.

Check your Config pools

If you use Config pools, they have their own max open time settings that override your Base config. This means any changes you make in your Base config won't take effect as long as a Config pool has a different value set.

Open your Config pools and check whether a max open time buy or sell is configured there. If so, update it to the value you want.

Check your Base config

If you don't use Config pools, open your Base config and verify that the max open time buy and sell values match what you intended.
