This message appears when the system temporarily cannot retrieve your balances from the exchange while calculating the total value of your assets.
When this happens, the system simply uses the last successfully retrieved balance to calculate the total. Because balances are requested very frequently, this usually resolves itself automatically.
Seeing this message occasionally is normal and not a problem.
If the message appears very frequently (for example every minute or continuously), it may indicate a problem retrieving balances from the exchange. In that case, please contact support.
