We spend a lot of time on Cryptohopper's safety, so your account is safe with us. We don’t have permission to withdraw your funds, so in the unlikely event of a data breach, it’s still impossible for hackers to access your funds.

The crypto exchanges we work with are known to spend a lot of time and money in their safety, so your funds should be secure with them. To ensure orders can only be placed from Cryptohopper's servers, always use IP Whitelisting.

If you want extra security enabled on your account, we suggest you activate Two Factor Authentication (2FA). This helps in securing your account.

Our website is protected by Cloudflare, which has a web application firewall and Ddos protection active on our website. The Cryptohopper platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and our servers are secured by them. Any saved passwords and API keys are encrypted in our database.
