It can happen that you suddenly become unsubscribed from the signaler you were subscribed to in the trading bot you are using. This can have two reasons:

If you load a different trading bot template into your trading bot while the signaler was not yet added to that trading bot template, you will need to add the signaler again to your trading bot.

You can do this by going back to Cryptohopper's Marketplace and subscribing again. You don't need to pay again for the same signaler subscription.

Please note that resubscribing does not work via the iOS and Android app. Through the apps, you will be asked to pay again. We cannot change this because Google's and Apple's payment services are too limited and do not support this.

When using Triggers and selecting the action "Load template", the same solution applies as explained above for 'Load trading bot template'.
