Why can't I see my referral's referral in my affiliate dashboard?

Cryptohopper's affiliate program only credits direct referrals. Second-level referrals (your referral's referrals) are not tracked or rewarded.

The Cryptohopper affiliate program rewards you for referring new users who purchase a subscription. This article explains how referral tracking works and what counts toward your affiliate earnings.

How referral commissions work

When you share your affiliate link, you earn a percentage commission for every person who signs up through your link and purchases a paid subscription.

Only direct referrals count. This means:

  • You refer Person A → Person A buys a subscription → You earn a commission

  • Person A refers Person B → Person B buys a subscription → You do not earn a commission

Commissions are only applied one level deep. If someone you referred goes on to refer others, those second-level sign-ups are not attributed to you and will not appear in your affiliate dashboard.
