Why can't I see my referral's referral in my affiliate dashboard?

You can only see your direct referrals. Second-level referrals are not tracked or shown in your affiliate dashboard.

You can only see your direct referrals in the affiliate dashboard. Referrals made by your referrals (second-level referrals) are not tracked and will not appear in your dashboard.

How referral commissions work

When you share your affiliate link, you earn a percentage commission for every person who signs up through your link and purchases a paid subscription.

Only direct referrals count:

  • You refer Person A → Person A buys a subscription → You earn a commission

  • Person A refers Person B → Person B buys a subscription → You do not earn a commission

Commissions are only applied one level deep. If someone you referred goes on to refer others, those second-level sign-ups are not attributed to you.
