There are several reasons why you might not have received your expected affiliate or marketplace seller payout. Below are common issues and explanations:
Delayed Earnings After Conversion
Problem: I sold a service, product, or subscription but I don't see my income yet.
Solution: After a conversion through the affiliate program or a marketplace sale, it takes up to 6 weeks before earnings are added to your Cryptohopper Balance. This delay ensures that the subscription, product, or service won't be refunded.
Payment Status Shows "Paid" but No Balance Update
Problem: I see the status "Paid" on the payments page, but there's no deposit yet on my Cryptohopper Balance.
Solution: We manually confirm payouts to your balance after they show as "Paid" on the Payments page. Please be patient while this process completes.
Wednesday Payout Delays
Problem: It's Wednesday, but I haven't received my payout yet after confirming it via email.
Solution: While we typically process payouts on Wednesdays, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please remain patient.
BitPay Payout Issues
Problem: I've selected BitPay for a payout, but it's been a long time since confirmation and I still haven't received my funds.
Solution: BitPay should only be used for small amounts as we have limitations depositing funds to our company account. Please cancel your existing payout request and use PayPal instead.
Missing Affiliate Program Funds
Problem: I've made conversions with the affiliate program, but the funds never arrive on my Cryptohopper Balance.
Solution: If you don't comply with Cryptohopper's Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, conversions may be disapproved or your affiliate account access may be blocked. Common violations include using your own affiliate link or promoting Cryptohopper on unapproved coupon websites.
Withdrawal Button Unavailable Despite Sufficient Balance
Problem: I'm unable to click on the withdrawal button while I've got more than $75 in my account.
Solution: You're unable to withdraw funds that you deposited yourself or earned with subscription rebates (this is deprecated). This could mean that you fulfill the $75 minimum requirement, but due to these two reasons, you're still unable to request a payout.
Alternative Payout Methods
Problem: Are there additional payout methods besides PayPal and BitPay?
Solution: No, currently we only offer PayPal and BitPay. We're investigating new payout methods but cannot provide an ETA for when these will be available.
