If you notice your Trading bot displaying different profits/rates compared to your exchange, this is likely due to differences in which rates are being used to calculate profit percentages. Cryptohopper doesn't automatically know which rate your exchange uses.
To resolve this issue, you can configure which rate value you want to use for calculations. This setting is called "Use ticket rate" and can be found in your Baseconfig under the "Exchanges" section. For more information about the 3 options click here.
For example, if your exchange uses the "last" trade price, but your bot is using the current highest bid for assets, this can create discrepancies in the reported profits.
