If you have received a Cryptohopper gift card, you can activate it in the Cryptohopper Marketplace under 'Giftcards'. On the right side of the screen, you will see 'Activate'. Copy the gift card code you see in the email you received and paste the code here:

If you have received a subscription, make sure to assign it to a trading bot. Do you still need to create a trading bot? Then see here how to create a trading bot.

Have you received credits? Then they are now visible under the profile button and then 'Subscriptions'. You will also see the credits when you purchase a product from the Cryptohopper Marketplace.
