Why is my cryptocurrency exchange not available?

Your exchange may not be available because Cryptohopper requires a partnership before adding support. Other reasons include technical limitations or regional restrictions.

Your cryptocurrency exchange is not available on Cryptohopper because Cryptohopper does not yet have a partnership with that exchange. Cryptohopper must establish a formal partnership with every cryptocurrency exchange before it can be added to the platform.

Reasons your exchange may not be available

There are several reasons why a cryptocurrency exchange might not be listed on Cryptohopper:

  • No partnership yet — Cryptohopper only supports exchanges that have an active partnership. If your exchange has not partnered with Cryptohopper, it will not appear as an option.

  • Technical limitations — Some exchanges do not offer the API functionality that Cryptohopper needs to place and manage trades automatically.

  • Regional restrictions — Certain exchanges are only available in specific countries or regions, which can limit the ability to establish a partnership.

What you can do

You can help speed up the process of getting your exchange added:

  1. Contact your cryptocurrency exchange and ask them to reach out to Cryptohopper about a partnership. The more users that request it, the more likely a partnership will happen.

  2. Reach out to Cryptohopper support via live chat or at [email protected] and let us know which exchange you would like to see added.

To see which exchanges are currently supported, visit the Cryptohopper exchanges page.
