If you encounter the following error message despite having an active subscription:

"You do not have an active (Hero) subscription. Please subscribe now for a (Hero) subscription to be able to use the AI in your bot or configure a different strategy in your config."

This error can often be resolved by refreshing your bot's configuration settings. Here's how:

  1. Access your bot's baseconfig

  2. Make a minor modification to any setting (you can change it back later)
