Your Cryptohopper account can get blocked for various reasons — the most common cause is multiple failed login attempts. Contact our support team via live chat or email and we'll get you back in as quickly as possible.

How to get your account unblocked

Reach us via live chat or email and share the following details:

  • Username — Your Cryptohopper username

  • Email address — The email address linked to your account

  • Short description — Let us know your account is blocked

After your account is unblocked

Wait 15 minutes before trying to log in again. This gives our systems time to fully process the change.

If you are not sure of your username or password, use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password options on the login screen.

Seeing the error "your email is already in use"?

Try resetting your password first. Go to the login screen, click Forgot Password, and follow the instructions — or use this direct link: Forgot Password.

If that does not resolve it, contact support via chat or email with your username and email address so we can investigate.

Prevent your account from being blocked

To avoid getting locked out in the future:

  • Store your login credentials in a password manager so you always have them available

  • Avoid multiple failed login attempts in a row — this is the most common trigger for an account block

  • If you have forgotten your password, always use Forgot Password instead of guessing
