There are two different ways to interpret this question. Therefore, we will explain both:

The money you trade with on Cryptohopper is always located on the crypto exchange you have chosen. It is not possible to withdraw this money via Cryptohopper; it can only be done directly from the crypto exchange.

It's important to know that Cryptohopper can never withdraw money from your crypto exchange because we never request withdrawal rights from the API Keys. Please never grant withdrawal rights when connecting your crypto exchange with API Keys.

It is not possible to withdraw credits from the Cryptohopper Balance unless you earn income as an Affiliate or Marketplace Seller of Cryptohopper. When depositing Cryptohopper Credits, we ask the user multiple times to agree that the credits cannot be withdrawn later.

Cryptohopper is not allowed to refund deposited credits from the Cryptohopper Balance due the laws Wet op het financieel toezicht (Wft) and Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme (Wwft).
