If you receive an "IP blocked" message when trying to log in through the mobile app, this is typically related to geographic restrictions. The app is not available in certain countries.

Affected Countries

The mobile app can't be used from the following locations:

  • Palestine

  • Laos

  • North Korea

  • Russian Federation

  • China

  • Iran

  • India

  • Pakistan

Solution

If you're in one of these countries, you can still access your account through the website at www.cryptohopper.com. The website works on all devices, including mobile phones through your browser.
