When using Kraken as your exchange, you may notice the letters F or S appearing next to some of your assets in your account overview.
Letter F - Futures Position
If you see the letter F next to an asset, this indicates it's a Futures position. These positions can be used for trading on Cryptohopper.
Letter S - Staking Position
If you see the letter S next to an asset, this indicates that you are staking these assets. Cryptohopper bot is unable to use these staked positions for trading. For more information click here.
Letter M - Opt in rewards
If you see the letter M next to an asset, this indicates that you have enabled earnings for these assets. Cryptohopper bot is unable to use these earning positions for trading. For more information click here.
How to resolve this?
If you're seeing the letters M or S you can use this guide to disable it. Keep in mind this is done in your Kraken account. If you need more help you can contact the support team of Kraken. For the positions with the letter F you can just trade them and you don't need to do anything.
