The letters F, M and S in your Kraken account overview tell you how each asset is being used. This matters because your Cryptohopper bot can't trade with all of them.
Cause
Kraken separates your assets into different categories. Each letter represents a different type:
F — Futures position — Your bot can trade these normally. No action needed.
M — Opt-in rewards — You've enabled earnings for this asset. Cryptohopper can't use these positions for trading.
S — Staking — You're staking this asset. Cryptohopper can't use staked positions for trading either.
Solution
If you see the letter M or S next to an asset and you want your Cryptohopper bot to trade it, you need to disable earnings or staking in your Kraken account. Follow this guide from Kraken to turn it off.
This is managed entirely on Kraken's side. If you need help, contact Kraken's support team.
