If you keep a keen eye on the hopper and notice that the positions remain open longer than they are supposed to, there are several steps to undertake before the support staff has to come in.


1. Check your config pools

If you have configuration pools, chances are that there is an alternative max open time buy/sell there, and as these overrule the base-config it will overrule alterations in the base-config.


2. Check your base-config

If you don't have configuration pools, check and make sure that the settings in your base-config don't differ with the settings you thought you had in mind
